In the follow up to Troy Gunner’s mighty ‘Slack in the Noose EP’, Boom Ting Recordings returns with a 4-track offering courtesy of WANTS.
Marcin Krupa and Kacper P aka WANTS have previously released tunes on Fat! Records and Loin Records.
Their style is minimal and industrial with a strong emphasis on percussion, racing high-hats and twisted synths topped with occasional vocal samples. Their Icntu EP is dark hypnotic techno straight out of Warsaw.
Since it’s inception back in 2009, Jakwob’s Boom Ting Recordings has been steadily releasing choice cuts of galvanized bass music and crossover gems, and has so far put out material from Little Simz, Kano, Etherwood and Ghostpoet.
