My Favorite Things

MY FAVORITE THINGS #08 – Hosted by Psycut

Jazz Eclectic Soul & Funk

From Bossa Nova to Jazz Fusion, My Favorite Things is back with some heat featuring deep music from my last digging excursion.

I’m happy to spread with you the Live Version of “Long Way Home” from Ill Considered – for sure Spiritual and Free Jazz is very hot in London right now. I’ve also included the French nugget “Maderai” by Tipsy on this lovely 7inch only (which has a beautiful album cover). The Easter Sounds Festival is coming soon to Paris which means it’s time to play some killer Fusion Jazz dancers like Rodney Franklin, Marcos Ariel, and the huge Japanese track with a Brazilian flavour “Quick Step Motion” by Carioca. Claudio Medeiros’ “Rotation” and Jeremy Steig’s “Goose Bumps” are two tracks dedicated to the adventurous BBoys & BGirls with attitude, and particularly to my friends from the Youpi Cru.
Enjoy and spread the word!
