Meet the second vinyl release from Sengiley Recordings, VA SNGWAX 02 features six tracks of various styles and flavours, none of which disappoint.
Up first is Jon Gravy with Over Now, a jackin’ house groover with copious shades of vintage house, all underscored by an initiable bass line that’ll get any dance floor moving. In at the A2 spot is Out Of The Circle by Max Telaer, a bouncing deep house tune awash with sublime, chime laden pads, a stomping beat and a snare drum that just won’t quit! Marc Brauner plays out the A side with You Name It, an exquisite slice of deep, soulful house that brings the A side of VA SNGWAX 02 to a seamless conclusion.
Flipping over to the B side Manuold is up first with Sound Light, a synth-packed track with an uplifting vibe and a beat that will drag you on to the dance floor whether you like it or not! THEOS is up next at B2 with the aptly titled Rhodes Trip. With lashings of electric piano, a pulsing bassline and exquisite vocal refrain, you’ll be trippin’ on rhodes after hearing this catchy tune! Last but not least is HATT.D with Transcending, a gorgeous and subtly progressive melodic number: the perfect closing track for this exceptional release
