Hauntology Vol 4. – Selected by (oum and Doc’trin

Halloween has once again (ever-so-sneakily) “slid into our DMs”. Luckily, (oum & Doc’trin join forces to revive the highly-revered Hauntology playlists with a fresh harvest of harrowing tunes. 

(oum starts us off with her penchant for strange soundtracks, spaced-out dub, sultry female-lead vocals and sophisticatedly-moody movers. A little warning to those living with bathophobia: when it comes to music, (oum digs deeper than a long-tailed mole.  

Barring Brother Ah, Doc’trin decides to sidestep many a somber song by showcasing some silly synth-pop and post-punk oddities. This selection is largely-fuelled by an excitement for sharing his “secret weapons” beyond the confines of a dance floor.
