Future Classic: Azakel “New Romance” & “Chronophobia”

I discovered Azekel, an up and coming East London-based artist, a few months ago with his song called “New Romance” and the hypnotic music video that accompanied it.

I pretty much instantly fell in love with his sound, a nice blend of R&B pop with crisp beats, heavy bass and a jazzy touch. A very catchy, hi-quality mixture of pop & underground sounds that a lot of UK artists know how to do so well. The talented young Azekel handles production, writing and vocal duties which adds to his uniqueness. Triple Threat!

He released “Chronophobia” last week, another soulful banger with jazzy horns. Get familiar with this name, we will be keeping a close eye on Azekel in the near future!
