Light-hearted with a dry sense of humour, Cuthead has a big personality that spills into his bold and experimental music that’s packed with analogue warmth and soul.
“Get Down” has a raw funk provided by the bassline that’s hammered home by the boom of the gritty kick drum. Cosmic synths blend with a haunting laugh and gentle pads to weave a tapestry of sound that’s full of texture. Carefree and light-hearted, the track’s deep vibe holds a sense of intensity and it’s ever-evolving structure can only be described as “epic”.
