Fatlip (from Pharcyde) on dating a transvestite

In 2003, filmmaker Spike Jonez shot a 30 minute documentary on Fatlip, one of the founding members of the Pharcyde, legendary West Coast rap group from the 90’s.

The entire thing is a must watch, but here’s the highlight: Fatlip on how he got tricked into hooking up with a transvestite. It’s like the hip-hop equivalent of “Charlie Murphy’s True Hollywood Stories” from the Chappelle show.

Without a doubt the most hilarious hip-hop related annecdote we’ve ever heard. If only rap music still had more dudes like Fatlip.
