Being a francophone from Montreal, it always feels pretty strange to write about french music in english… but that’s a discussion for another time.
Double D is the new project from R.U & Arnak, former members of Atach Tatuq one of the best crews in Quebec’s humble historic contribution to hip-hop. No really, go back to that record… “Deluxx” was the shit. And R.U and Arnak were two of my favorite MC’s from the group. I’m loving this track right now… to be honest the only part i’m not sold on yet is the chorus but I love everything else. Major big up to Filigrann (K6A) for murdering the first verse. Thanks to my good friend Etienne for sending me this heat!
