Oodles is a double-CD, packaged in a 10×10-inch folded sleeve, with 48 tracks created over the past two years.
I’ve been a fan of the dude for a little while now, I always thrown in at least one JonWayne track in a set where I play that sort of abstract headnod material. What I love most about his production is his versatility, he can do the bleepy 8bit sound but he can also do the spacey jazz thing as well.
That’s something he definitely has in common with Dibia$e, one of his closest collaborators, with who he’s also making good stuff under the Darkhorse moniker.
The double CD 48 track project makes for this one of the most ambitious of all the “beats” projects. Highly Recommended!
