Since the beginning of the Voyage Funktastique show, I’ve been emphasizing on playing different songs in each show, in order to give each producer some visibility, and show them my appreciation to their work. Of course, there’s some songs that I would like to play more than once, and for this week’s write-up, featuring Temu, I could of pick any of his previous songs, but the timing was right for showcasing his latest release, Body Move (Magic & Sorcery Stankafied)
Temu is originally from NYC, but he currently resides in Malmo, Sweden. Not only he’s a talented producer, but he also sings, dances and plays the talkbox. You should check his cover of Stevie Wonder’s That Girl (Link), I guarantee it will leave you with a stank face.
Temu has an incredible repertoire, so be sure to check out his bandcamp (Link); he was also featured on the latest Music Is My Sanctuary Monthly Radio Show (Link) on Superfly 98.3 FM (Vienna) presented by The Loud Minority
