Born in Sevilla and based in Brighton for some years, Carlos R. Pinto crafts sonic dreamscapes under his Lost Twin moniker that nod to the art of soulful hip hop beatmaking, while transcending the form with an underlying layer of psychedelic mystique.

– A collection of 19 beats that draws inspiration from the past and present masters of beat making, whose work continuously pushes the boundaries of instrumental Hip Hop.
– A homage to the unsung heroes of library music, the composers of underwater themed video game soundtracks and all the many other forgotten pioneers out there waiting to be rediscovered.
– A mess of warped tape, cinematic synths and fucked up drum samples.
