We have an ongoing wish list of worldwide music heads, tastemakers and DJ’s for our long running mix series and our next guest has been at the top of that list for a while. We’re very excited to hear what she cooked up for us!
Tina Edwards is a Journalist, Broadcaster and DJ based in London. She hosts the Worldwide Daily on the mighty Worldwide FM as well as well as running Supreme Standards, an editorial platform she runs in association with Love Supreme Jazz Festival. She is involved in countless projects but above all else, she is driven to champion artists and music that deserves your attention.
From Tina: “I put together a mix on Friday night especially for MIMS; throughout this mix, I draw on electronica and left-field four-to-the-floor. However my aim was to highlight UK jazz at the epicentre of this dance focused mix, showing how relevant this sound can be on a dance floor.”
